Position Summary :

An exciting business development opportunity to work with thought leaders and game changers in the mental health and addiction field! Ellenhorns Referral Relations Manager, engaged in clinical outreach, will be responsible for building new clinical and business relationships, as well as maintaining and fostering existing ones.

We are seeking an energetic, efficient, and enthusiastic individual who excels at working independently and as part of a larger marketing team.

With locations in Boston, New York, and Los Angeles, an ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about each area and able to keep the big picture in mind.

This role offers a chance to travel, meet new people, and educate others about the groundbreaking Ellenhorn model and philosophy.

Salary Range : Min : $85,000 Mid : $97,500 Max : $110,000

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

  • Build market position by locating, developing, educating, and maintaining business relationships with individual clinicians, consultants, and institutions.
  • Research and source private practice clinicians, consultants, hospitals, and community-based sites to introduce the companys programs.

Establish and maintain working relationships with referral sources to ensure continued collaboration and referrals.

  • Work with management, recruiting, and staffing departments to identify where the greatest caseload needs are during the calendar year.
  • Provide marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Update job knowledge and skills by participating in educational opportunities.

Attend marketing events and exhibitions as required.

  • Maintain the marketing departments documentation and databases with the help of the marketing coordinator.
  • Maintain knowledge of all branches of the organization by participating in retreats and all-staff meetings.
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Be available for business relationships for any questions or concerns related to the company.
  • Be available for business relationships for any initial intake questions, tours of the offices, and initial meetings with families.
  • Complete work autonomously and efficiently.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Maintain strict confidentiality on matters pertaining to the company and its associates.

Qualifications Required :

More than 5 years of experience working with mental health

and addiction facilities.

Ability to travel no less than twice per month.

Ability to learn new computer systems.
