As the Senior Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our quality strategy and ensuring the highest level of product and process quality.

You will lead the development and implementation of innovative quality initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic direction and oversight.

This is a senior-level position requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of quality management principles within the construction and renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Establish and maintain robust quality management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure continuous improvement and foster a culture of quality excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance quality throughout project lifecycles.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
  • Oversee internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and certification bodies on quality-related matters.
  • Prepare regular reports on quality performance and initiatives for senior management.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in quality management within the construction and renewable energy industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful quality management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Manager) is a plus.
