Position Overview : We are seeking a highly experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our exceptional team. The NetSuite Administrator will play a pivotal role in maintaining, optimizing, and improving our NetSuite platform.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator and a strong commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities :
NetSuite Administration :
Manage and maintain our NetSuite instance, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Configure, customize, and implement NetSuite modules as needed to support business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related issues and provide ongoing support to end-users.
Integration and Data Management :
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate NetSuite with other business systems and applications. Ensure data integrity by performing regular data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities.
User Training and Support :
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness with NetSuite. Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
Security and Access Control :
Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
Customization and Enhancement :
Identify opportunities for system improvements and optimization and lead efforts to implement enhancements. Stay up-to-date with NetSuite releases and new features to leverage the latest capabilities.
Collaborative Teamwork :
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to understand their needs and align NetSuite solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and consultants as necessary.
Reporting and Analytics :
Create and maintain customized reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
- Strong expertise in NetSuite administration, customization, and configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue processes is a plus but not required.
- NetSuite certifications are a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
