Job Description
Ultimate Staffing is looking for a front desk / receptionist for a property management company in Newport Beach.
This position is a temporary contract, full-time.
Approximate length is 3-4 months but could go temp to hire if the right candidate.
This is an immediate start
Front Desk
Computer Work
Answer, transfer, and make calls when necessary
Answer emails from tenants and vendors quickly and efficiently
A proficient understanding of Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Outlook
Working knowledge of Zoom
Previous experience with Angus and Nexus, preferred but not required
Work directly with on-site property manager and other staff
