Compensation :

$50,000+ (commission based)

Responsibilities :

• Help potential home buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions in the Houston area
• Answer customer inquiries over the phone, email, or text with a professional response
• Utilize CRM software to create and manage marketing campaigns for lead development
• Provide advice to clients to find properties that cater to their needs
• Dialogue with clients to understand their goals regarding buying or selling a home
• Exercise negotiation skills to solidify contracts and ensure a seamless transaction with other agents, the coordinating team, and title companies
• Always put the client's needs first and deliver exceptional service
• Assemble a list of property features and evaluate their market value
• Foster a successful real estate career by engaging with others and embracing growth opportunities

Qualifications :

• Just Licensed or Current Real Estate License holder
• Outgoing and personable
• Willing to learn and grow
• Coachable
• Ability and flexibility to work when a client needs you
• Comfortable calling online leads to get more information about their real estate needs
• Familiarity with the Cypress, real estate market
