Remote Benefits Specialist

Must be a resident of Tennessee (or Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, or South Carolina)

Primary Duties :

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including life, accidental, and hospitalization insurance policies.
• Establish strong customer and community relationships to develop additional leads and referrals.
• Maintain all current licensing, agency, and carrier compliance requirements.

Qualifications :

Experience : No prior experience in insurance sales is required, we encourage candidates from diverse work backgrounds to apply.

Comprehensive training is provided for all new candidates.

Licensing : We will assist you through these steps once you are hired for the position. The position will require you to obtain and hold a resident insurance producer license for Tennessee along with additional Georgia state licensing requirements.
