Job Details :
- Pay : $1964 / week - $2190 / week
- Assignment Length : 13-week assignment
- Shift : 5, 8-Hour 08 : 00 - 17 : 00
- At least one year of experience required
Responsibilities :
- Provide quality patient care in a home health setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
