RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Strategic Planning : Lead the strategic planning process, including the development of the company’s mid / long-term strategy, setting objectives, and identifying ways to achieve these goals.
- Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that could impact the business.
Use this information to recommend adjustments to the company's strategic direction.
- Financial Modeling : Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
- Performance Monitoring : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives and monitor progress against these metrics.
Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of strategic projects.
- Stakeholder Management : Communicate strategic plans and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including presentations to executive leadership and the board of directors.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with different departments (e.g., Business Units, Finance, Sales and SCM) to ensure strategic plans are aligned with departmental goals and implemented effectively across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful strategic project management.
Experience in large scale CPG companies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with financial modeling and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong problem-solving orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with familiarity with business intelligence and planning software being an advantage.

The anticipated compensation range is
69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.
The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
