Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aides / Certified Caregivers for our Liliha and Kane'ohe facilities in Honolulu, Hawaii.

As a Nurse Aide / Certified Caregiver, you will play a vital role in the lives of elderly patients, providing them with the highest level of care and support in the comfort of their own home or residential facility.

Role Description :

As a Nurse Aide / Certified Caregiver, your primary goal will be to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of each patient under your care.

You will be responsible for assisting with daily activities such as eating, dressing, grooming, and bathing. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and documenting each patient's health, making necessary adjustments to their care plan based on their condition.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver personalized services in accordance with each patient's care plan
• Assist elderly patients with daily activities, including feeding, bed care, and mobility
• Monitor vital signs and document patient health status
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the patient's environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to prevent loneliness
• Accompany patients to medical appointments and run errands as needed
• Administer medications as directed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education a plus
• Valid certification as Nurses' Assistant, Nurse Aide, or Certified Caregiver
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Current or valid HI state driver's license with a safe driving record
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and office procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Must be flexible, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Compensation & Benefits :

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $18 - $25 per hour, paid weekly. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and other applicable benefits.
