Ingos Arcadia is looking for servers to join our team!
Ingos Tasty Food is located in the heart of the Arcadia neighborhood. A small cozy location with a large, pet-friendly patio! The original Ingos location ITF offers two meal period : lunch & dinner, as well as curbside service!
Hiring Servers with terrific attitudes, experience that work professionally in a team-centric environment! Looking for team players with day and / or night and weekend availability.
Servers should have guest service experience, comfortable within a high energy environment and have the ability to maintain professionalism and be level headed during peak hours and high-pressure situations.

Day in the Life :
Provide friendly, quality hospitality to each guest
Anticipating and reacting to guest needs
Consistently and accurately using cleanliness lists and station checklists, demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu
Develop positive working relations with all restaurant team members and work as part of a team to reach a common goal
Adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency
Be open to cross-training in different areas throughout the restaurant
Maintaining proper food & alcohol handling, safety, and sanitation standards

Negotiable Hourly Rate + Tips our servers typically* make over $20.00+ / hour on average
