What You Will Be Doing :
A Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin Typically has 2 or more years of experience and a degree from an accredited university.
In this role, you will create Web-based and Java mission systems for the Intelligence, Global Strike, and Nuclear Planning communities.
Contribute to software development, automated testing, design, and defect correction efforts
Work cross functionally with systems engineers, architects, scrum masters, product owners, and end users.
Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent STEM field (equivalent experience / combined education)
- Experience developing Web or Java code in an Agile environment.
Desired Skills :
- Familiarity with development tooling Eclipse, Jenkins, GitLab, Gradle, GIT, JUnit, Selenium, JIRA
- Experience with JavaScript Frameworks / Libraries (React / Angular / Vue), CSS, and HTML
- Experience with Web Services (REST) or JSON / XML.
- Experience with AI / ML Methodologies

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
