What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Organize and manage the CEO's daily, weekly, and monthly schedule, prioritizing appointments and meetings
- Monitor and manage the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses to critical communications
- Coordinate all business and personal travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations
- Handle personal tasks and appointments for the CEO, ensuring a balance between work and family life
- Assist in organizing health-related appointments and maintaining the CEO's wellness goals
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior-level executives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar / email management software
