Position Overview :

The Production Accountant reporting to the Venue Accounting Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the lease event settlements and related responsibilities.

The position requires being on site, evenings, and weekends during lease events. The position interacts with finance and operations teams.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with the accounting and reporting for lease events.
• Assist in preparing lease event settlements and maintaining associated account records, including but not limited to pre-event estimates, night-of settlements, and final settlements.
• Collaborate with HB Operations on pre-show estimation process and manage the inputting, tracking, and maintaining of results.
• Maintain a detailed invoice tracker to help facilitate the timely retrieval and payment of vendor invoices.
• Assist with journal entries to record lease event activity.
• Responsible for communicating deliverables and results in a presentable manner.
• Assist with finance vault cash management duties.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Requirements :

• Currently enrolled or recent college graduate
• Strong excel skills and ability to learn systems quickly
• Must be extremely detail oriented with high accuracy and productivity.
• Must be highly responsive with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing and sometimes shifting priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
