About the Role : Adeia is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to drive our social media strategy, website optimization, and creative design initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across LinkedIn
• Lead website management and optimization efforts, including SEO and content strategy
• Oversee the creation of high-impact graphics and visual content for all marketing channels
• Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with overall business goals
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and integrate innovative practices into our strategies

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field

Required Skills :

• Proficiency in social media management tools and reporting
• Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools

Preferred Skills :

• 3-7 years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on digital channels, website, and graphics design
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and content strategies
• Knowledge of web analytics, SEO, and content management systems
• Proficiency in graphic design software and ability to direct design projects
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Data-driven decision-making ability with excellent analytical skills

Pay range and compensation package : The base compensation range is $110-140k in San Jose, California.
