Outbound Sales Representatives
We are seeking Outside Sales Representatives to act as a Brand Ambassador for our client AT&T to grow our residential Door-To-Door sales within respective neighborhoods.

Here’s where you come in
- Increase sales of AT&T Fiber Internet and Cellular Phone Services to current AT&T residential customers
- Be provided with quality lead lists within targeted neighborhoods. Get to know your customer prior to ever approaching their home
- Prospect and sell AT&T services within a rotational territory in and around the greater Houston area - spanning the Southwest to Northwest corridors
- Drive solutions that fit our customers lifestyle, delivering a best-in-class customer service experience
- Attend weekly team meetings to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results
- Conduct yourself with optimism, empathy and integrity as the face of our client, AT&T
Do you have the keys to success?
- An ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- An outgoing people person, helping and being around people energies you
- Expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals
- Motivated by rewards (uncapped commission means unlimited earning potential!)
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player
- Sales, Customer Service, and / or Marketing experience an asset
- Reliable access to personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability for frequent travel across your assigned territory as required
- Fulltime work schedule; Tuesday through Friday 11 : 00am 7 : 00pm and Saturday 10 : 00am 6 : 00pm to maximize customer contact
- Must have own vehicle to transport self to various different residential neighborhoods
Compensation :
- Bi-weekly pay periods. Your paycheck includes your base pay and commissions
- Mileage Reimbursement Available after the first 30 days
- DailyPay Offered Withdraw up to 50% of your earnings daily or wait until payday
- 50% discount Available on your personal AT&T service
- Cellphone Allowance - Automatically added to your paycheck
