Location : Chicago, IL Job Description : Provides clinical oversight and guidance for UChicago operations, including, but not limited to, participant / case / project assignments, staff transactions, implementation of policies and procedures, staff training, etc.

Supervises and prepares performance evaluations for assigned staff. Develops the service plan(s). Ensures a quality assurance / audit system for program delivery.

Develops and maintains professional relationships with appropriate groups / organizations, etc. Remains current in the field of service through self-initiated avenues.

Provides training to assigned staff in all facets of the position and ensures documentation is completed in a thorough, accurate and timely fashion.

Participates in management team meetings. Conducts internal and external trainings, as requested. Initiates requests for supervision and annual evaluation / goal setting.

Develops long-range plans, periodic assessment reports, success objectives, and other significant strategies and / or systems.

Ensures the accuracy, substance, and timeliness of reports, projects, schedules, and other relevant work products. Ensures compliance of program with University of Chicago standards.

Adheres to professional standards as outlined by governmental bodies, American Psychological Association (APA), National Association of Social Workers (NASW), Illinois Alcohol and Addictions Certification Board (IAACB), and private funding sources;

provides periodic evaluative reviews and / or in-house and external staff training to ensure that staff understand and continue to adhere to such standards.

Works closely with UChicago Health Lab to follow study protocols and Center for Advancement of Critical Time Intervention (CACTI) to adhere to CTI principles.

Assists with study recruitment. Completes regular reports for UChicago Health Lab on study progress; completes CTI supervisor forms.

Provides small participant caseload community-based Critical Time Intervention care coordination services. Presents about CTI services to community leaders and potential referral organizations.

Solves a range of straightforward problems relating to the administration of the compliance, financial and other related aspects of a clinical study.

I nterprets the data needed for insurance submissions. Gathers pre-testing results if obtained at an outside facility. Performs other related work as needed.

Performs other related work as needed. Preferred Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree in social work / psychology or related field.

Experience : Clinical supervision, direct clinical service, program planning and development, quality improvement, and management of social service delivery systems.

Preferred Competencies Comfortable establishing an active role on an inter-professional team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on team collaboration.

Work flexibly, independently, and proactively in a fast-paced team environment with rapidly evolving priorities and projects.

Exercise discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive situations. Handle tasks requiring a high level of attention to detail.
