Job Summary
Reporting to the Sodexo Production Manager, the Cook performs a variety of food preparation duties.
Minimum Qualifications
- EducationHigh School Diploma, formal cooks training program preferred.
- ExperienceSuccessful completion of a formal cooks training program. Three or more years commercial cooking experience preferred.
- Licensure and / or CertificationServeSafe Certification preferred.
- SkillsAbility to read, understand and follow written menus, recipes instructions and food.Demonstrated safe and sanitary working practices.
Ability to maintain confidential information.Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
