Job Description :
- Work as a case manager in an acute hospital, long-term acute care, rehab, and skilled nursing environments.
- Utilize admission criteria for care coordination and discharge planning.
- Employ InterQual Criteria and Milliman Guidelines in daily tasks.
- Complete 28 hours of orientation.
- Required to complete certain modules, which can average around 12 hours; some may be during orientation.
- Comply with all facility requirements, such as flu vaccination.
- Interviews may not be conducted; applicants should be comfortable with this.
