A civil engineering firm located in multiple locations is seeking a Structural Project Manager for their Louisville office!Responsibilities :
- Team member of Structural / Bridge Design Group
- Manage projects by directing the design, coordinating work between staff / design team, and creating scope / budgets
- Analyze and design bridges, culverts, foundations and other transportation-related and building structures
- Main contact for clients, contractors and local officials
- Prepare engineering project proposals
- Ability to work in a team environment
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required
- Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineer preferred
- 8+ years of bridge design experience
- Registered PE
- Registered IL Structural Engineer
- Project Management experience with DOT clients
- Experience leading projects through collaboration withteam and managing tasks
- Proficient in MicroStation / ORD platformsand structural analysis / design software
- Knowledge of bridge construction materialsincluding Steel, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Precast Prestressed Concrete
- Knowledge of construction methods,structural inspections, and construction document preparation
Salary is commensurate with experience.
