Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
- Resolve problems to office spaces windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
- Ability to do residential repairs when needed
- Keep a daily record record of what was done
Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent
- At least 3 years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems a plus
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
