This position will also involve reviewing and adjusting inventory counts, monitoring inventory transactions, and performing various other duties related to inventory control.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Cycle Counter to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute significantly to our manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility.

This position will also involve reviewing and adjusting inventory counts, monitoring inventory transactions, and performing various other duties related to inventory control.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Cycle Counter, you will be responsible for :

1. Performing daily inventory counts to ensure accuracy and integrity using cycle counting methods.

2. Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, including missing or mislabeled items.

3. Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity by managing adjustments, conducting audits, and reconciling inventory discrepancies.

4. Providing daily reports on inventory count, adjustments, and discrepancies to the management.

5. Collaborating with the warehouse and production teams to ensure that all received and shipped items are accurately recorded in the system.

6. Maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions and submit reports to management.

7. Assisting in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.

8. Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

To be considered for the Permanent Cycle Counter position, you must possess the following :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control or related field in the manufacturing industry.

2. Proven experience with cycle counting methods and procedures.

3. Strong understanding of inventory management and control principles.

4. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis / statistical methods.

6. Proficiency in using inventory software and databases.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve inventory discrepancies.

8. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
