Responsibilities :

  • Greeting guests : Make visitors feel welcome and determine their needs
  • Answering phones : Direct calls appropriately and answer emails from clients
  • Managing mail : Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch mail and packages
  • Scheduling meetings : Maintain calendars for the office and coworkers
  • Administrative duties : Provide administrative support to team members, such as preparing vouchers and handling transcription, printing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Managing finances : Process invoices, pay bills, and record office expenses
  • Maintaining the office : Clean and organize the front desk, stock rooms, and decorate for holidays
  • Other duties : Assist with travel arrangements, oversee office services, and maintain safety and hygiene standards
