Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Responsibilities include :

  • Assist in accessing patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies, care to meet goals of Occupational Therapy interventions.
  • Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
  • Instructs patient / families / caregivers on patient's total occupational therapy program.
  • Other occupational therapy duties as assigned per COTA scope of practice.

Qualifications :

  • Graduated from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Maintain certification through the AOTA (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience (preferred)
  • 10 hours ago
