The COO’s Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO) team is seeking to hire a Change Management (CM) Relationship / Portfolio SVP to fulfill a senior level, strategic deployment role critical to mobilizing a newly established centralized capability office focused on change management.
The Change Management Relationship / Portfolio Manager will support the development and management of Citi’s central change management capability, serve as a guide and liaise with aligned business groups, functions, or program groups, to ensure initiatives within the portfolio adhere to the central Change Management standards.
This candidate will also engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to embed change management practices and competencies throughout the enterprise.
Responsibilities :
- Support the development and ongoing management of the organization’s central Change Management framework, standards, methodology and toolkit.
- Build and manage relationships with key Citi functions managing changes and with our business partners implementing changes.
- Conduct knowledge and capability transfer of Change Management practices to our stakeholder community to drive adoption of change management tools and techniques.
- Advise Sponsors, Project Managers and initiative teams regarding best practices to enable effective change execution.
- Reduce change related risks through the deployment of Citi’s change management framework across the organization.
- Engage in diagnosing, planning and remediating change management related issues.
- Liaise between business and functional change initiative Sponsors, working teams, and ECMO book of work activities provide guidance on Change Management practices and expectations, provide feedback from the initiatives to the ECMO.
- Prepare for Executive Sponsor Steering Committee updates on Change Management with regards to your aligned business group and change management functions.
- Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to evolve Citi’s change management practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years of relevant business experience Industry specific and / or consulting experience with large strategic program delivery in a regulated environment.
- Formal experience change management, governance processes, or Risk and Control Self Assessment
- Experience in building capabilities aligned with business outcomes with an understanding of how change management drives value and sustainability
- Experience interfacing with senior leadership teams and individuals
- Experience working cross functionally in a collaborative environment, including comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Proven ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to develop ideas from concept to an executable plan
- Strong problem-solving skills and personal resilience, able to work through conflicts
- Strong business planning, organizing, prioritizing and analytical skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
