PAY RATE : $22 per hour

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

The BSN Sports MTS Build Pod is looking for an individual with a great service-minded attitude to assist MTS Build Specialists with day-to-day questions on systems and procedures as well as consistently execute the support necessary to facilitate timely and accurate My Team Shop Builds and provide a high level of service to Sales Pros and customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work MTS Build leads
• Assist in training and staff development while maintaining personal workload expectations
• Demonstrate effective team training
• Respond to questions from the team and provide follow through to help resolve issues
• Communicate team status and team issues to management as necessary
• Identify and participate in process improvement opportunities
• Work closely with our outside BPO partners

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES

• Collaborative
• Excellent communication and follow up skills
• Detailed oriented and strong multi-tasking abilities
• Team-oriented mindset
• Must have strong skills in critical thinking and ability to guide fellow MTS Build Specialist through complicated issues.
• Strong product knowledge

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

2-3 years customer service experience preferred

1-2 years at BSN Sports preferred

Demonstrated a high proficiency of TAL, Wizard, SAP, QOE and CRM (Engage)

Proficient with Microsoft Office application proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams)

This job operates in a remote environment. Largely a sedentary role with the ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for the majority of the shift with breaks as needed following the department’s lunch and break policy.
