Back of House Team Member Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate and reinforce core values
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Prepare and package food with speed and accuracy
- Work on a food line
- Grill / fry chicken
- Wash dishes
- Rotate stock
- Maintain a clean kitchen and work area
- Maintain health and food safety standards
- Prompt and regular attendance for scheduled shifts
- Multitask and work at a quick, yet efficient, and thorough pace
- Other duties as assigned
Back of House Qualifications and Requirements :
- Energetic, self-driven, servant-minded
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Consistent and reliable
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Ability to work in hot, noisy, and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure and respond to changes to orders quickly and efficiently
- Reliable transportation
