Job Description *Represent clients in employment litigation defense matters *Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs *Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis *Manage depositions, discovery, and trial preparations *Attend and participate in trials and settlement negotiations *Work closely with senior litigators to ensure exceptional client service*
- Qualifications :
- 4+ years of experience in employment litigation defense *Strong skills in preparing pleadings, briefs, and trial documents *Experience managing complex litigation cases *Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (NJ / NY license is a plus) *Must have defense-side experience, not plaintiff-side*
