What you need :

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required
• 5+ years of experience
• PE required
• Proficient in Civil 3D
• Strong technical skills in design and ability to lead teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in client communication and ability to meet deadlines

What you will be doing :

• Responsible for taking projects from start to finish
• Ability to talk with clients on creating and design aspects of projects
• Scheduling, budgeting, and planning of projects to completion
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
