Responsibilities
- Customer Support : Answer incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries related to their policies, including renewals, changes, endorsements, and discounts.
- Policy Review : Assist clients in reviewing their current insurance policies and provide clear explanations of their coverage and options.
- Sales : Identify opportunities to offer additional products, including life insurance, to meet the clients' evolving needs and enhance their coverage.
- Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any issues or concerns clients may have with their policies or service.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirement
- Licensing : Must hold a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one).
