Summary

A Contracts Administrator provides contracts advice, interpretation of contract requirements and identification of risk in support of proposal development and submission, and administration of various cost-type contracts.

Negotiates Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Arrangements, and Subcontract Agreements under other prime contractors; and assists with responding to data calls and audits.

This person must possess the ability to work well with others in high-volume situations with high attention to detail, and effectively interface with multiple internal functional and delivery teams with a high level of customer service and strong communication skills.

In addition, this person :

  • Represents the firm in dealings with external customers and interfaces with all levels of delivery teams, functional support organizations, and customer organizations.
  • Provides administrative oversight for a contracts portfolio with a revenue size of at least (USD)25M per year.
  • Oversees the work of contract coordinators, training them on contract policies and procedures.
  • Administers contracts including negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, and regulatory reporting in coordination with Contracts organization management.
  • Reviews RFPs / RFQs to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, and provides advice and interpretation of contract requirements.
  • Drafts contracts related documents for review by Contract Managers and OGC.
  • Advises leadership and engagement management of contractual rights, obligations and risks; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical contract information.
  • Maintains and updates contract management information systems.
  • Lead for both internal / external data calls.
