Schedule : Day (3x12 Hours) 7 : 00 19 : 00 & Night (3x12) 19 : 00 7 : 00

What You'll Do :
As a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Float Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a critical member of our nursing team, providing flexible and expert care across multiple PCU units.
You will care for patients with complex medical conditions who require close monitoring and specialized care, ensuring seamless coverage and support across the hospital.
Your ability to quickly adapt to different units and collaborate with diverse teams will be essential in delivering high-quality care
Requirements :
- RN license in State of Assignment or compact license
- 2 years of experience as a traveler 3 years with no travel
- Covid Vaccine

Responsibilities
Patient Assessment : Continuously monitor and assess patients' conditions, recognizing signs of clinical deterioration, and intervening promptly.
Care Planning : Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
Medication Administration : Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and effectively, following established protocols and guidelines.
Patient Education : Provide education and support to patients and their families, ensuring they understand their conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care plans.
Collaboration : Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Documentation : Accurately document patient information, care plans, and responses to treatment in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Patient Advocacy : Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring that the needs and preferences of patients and their families are respected and met

Do you have your RN License in the State of Assignment or a Compact License?
Do you have a min of 2 years experience as a travel nurse or a min of 3 yrs exp. in nursing?
