Branch Manager Bilingual Mandarin

Location : Brooklyn, NY

Base Salary : $100,000 - $110,000 (based on experience and skills)

About the Role :

As the Branch Manager, you will be at the heart of our Brooklyn branch, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional financial products and services to our valued customers.

You’ll play a key role in driving the branch’s success, managing operations, and building strong relationships within the community.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead & Inspire : Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can excel.
• Drive Performance : Oversee branch operations, including P&L responsibilities, and ensure a seamless balance between risk management and customer satisfaction.
• Strategic Growth : Develop and execute strategies to market and deliver a full range of financial products, including deposits, CDs, credit cards, mortgages, and insurance.
• Community Engagement : Lead community outreach initiatives to enhance the branch’s presence and build lasting relationships with local customers.
• Team Development : Handle hiring, training, and coaching to build a skilled and motivated team committed to achieving branch goals.

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience : 5-7 years of branch management experience, with a proven track record in sales, marketing, team building, and crisis management.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited institution.
• Skills : Strong relationship management expertise, deep knowledge of the regional market, and experience with financial advisory is a plus.
• Certifications : Series 6 and insurance licenses are advantageous.
• Languages : Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is required
