About this role :

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to join the Consumer and Business Banking Deposits Financial Product Team.

This team is responsible for developing product value propositions and go-to-market strategies that drive customer and balance growth coupled with high customer satisfaction.

As a key member of the Small Business Deposits Product Team; you will focus on leading growth initiatives and future state product strategy for our business analyzed / treasury product set.

You will be responsible for leading, defining and orchestrating a future state product line for our business analyzed product and outlining exceptional omni-channel experiences with measurable business outcomes and customer benefits.

In this role, you will :

  • Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
  • Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for Wells Fargo's analyzed business product line
  • Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver a financial business analyzed product of the future
  • Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide
  • Serve as an adept advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications :

7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications :

  • Financial services business banking background, including treasury management product strategy, product development and management experience.
  • Ability to create strategies and build products and solutions tailored to analyzed business banking and treasury management
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high impact presentations to senior leaders that leverages data to convey a meaningful story
  • Detail oriented with solid analytics and insights skills and the ability to synthesize data to make decisions
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of product or program management : development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery
  • Experience working in an Agile organization
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Self-starter with high energy and motivation who works well independently and can lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners
  • Strong sense of urgency and results oriented with the ability to motivate teams and mobilize resources
  • Strong relationship management, influencing, vision, operational and execution skills.
  • Proven ability to influence, educate and advocate for an idea or vision and gain alignment
  • Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve problems
  • Comfortable working with a wide variety of corporate executives, channels, marketing, operations, and other business partners
  • Strong ability to assess market and competitive conditions and to develop creative, break-through approaches supporting improved customer experiences and operational efficiencies
  • Ability to create clear and compelling presentations with exceptional strategic "storytelling" skills
  • Exceptional organization, coordination, and time management skills
  • High level of proficiency with data, analysis, metrics and financials to identify opportunities
