What We’re Looking For :

Sift is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Program Manager. You will play a pivotal role in leading and driving strategic initiatives across the organization, overseeing multiple projects and ensuring their successful delivery.

As the Program Manager for Strategic Objectives, you will be responsible for leading and managing programs that align with our organizational goals and drive our business forward.

You will oversee the execution and delivery of multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing strategic direction.

Your strong program management skills and ability to drive results will be instrumental in shaping our success.

What You’ll Do :

Lead the development and implementation of program management methodologies, processes, and best practices tailored to our startup environment.

Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

Oversee the execution and delivery of multiple projects within the program, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, marketing, and finance, to drive alignment and achieve program goals.

Develop and maintain program documentation, including program charters, roadmaps, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Identify and mitigate risks and issues within the program, applying proactive strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders, communicating program status, milestones, and key insights.

Foster a collaborative and positive program management culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging practices in program management, leveraging relevant insights to enhance our program delivery capabilities.

What Would Make You a Strong Fit :

Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.

Proven experience 8+ years in a program management role, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex programs.

Expertise in program management methodologies, tools, and techniques, experience on JIRA / Atlassian and Smartsheet preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive alignment, including presentation preparation.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with a strategic perspective, capable of identifying program risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Proficiency in program management software and tools.

Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus.

The anticipated starting on-target earnings range for this role can be found below. This role may also be eligible for equity and other benefits.

Sift takes into account many factors in determining compensation, including level, location, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.

Therefore, the pay range / final offer may change or be modified in the future.

On-target earnings range$136,000 $180,300 USD
