Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and account issues.
- Document customer interactions in the company database for future reference.
- Escalate difficult customer inquiries to senior team members as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
