Responsibilities / Requirements
- Answer incoming calls from employees of different office buildings who have facility needs / requests such as : unlocking conference rooms, fixing a burnt out light bulb, assisting with a broken copier, etc.
- Log request into computer system and dispatch appropriate onsite person to handle the issue.
- Communicate with person who placed the request for a time / date of completion.
- Good communication and computer skills needed.
