Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for an Acute Care Manager for a hospital in Montana.This is a permanent opportunity where you will make a huge impact on the hospital and the community you serve.
Salary starting at 85k per year.
Offering Retention bonus $15,000 and a relocation bonus.
Responsibilities :
- Advocate for patients
- Adheres to departmental goals and objectives
- Collaboration with leaders to develop effective plans of care and care coordination
- Collaborates and works closely with the Emergency Department Manager
- Mentorship and Staff Education
Qualifications :
- 2 years of nursing management experience
- 3 years of acute care staff experience
- RN licensure (or willing to obtain) in the state of Montana
