We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector for a precision manufacturing company in Redlands. You will conduct Visual Inspections inspect finished products, products being manufactured, incoming materials, parts, and assemblies, etc.
for conformance to company standards.
Day shift 4 / 10s : Monday to Thursday 5 : AM to 3 : 30 PM
Responsibilities :
- Checks randomly selected samples to verify accuracy of equipment or process. Reports conditions requiring immediate repair.
- Uses advanced inspection methods to develop and conduct quality programs. Keeps records and makes reports indicating results of inspections.
- Data entry and Data analysis for metal and some plastic / rubber components.
- Uses experience and judgment for planning and accomplishing goals.
- May obtain samples to conduct studies in laboratory analysis and determine measures to be taken to remedy deviations from standards.
- Other duties as instructed.
Qualifications :
- 1 year of Quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.
- 1 year of Manufacturing experience is a PLUS.
- Must have experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Microscope experience is a must.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent relevant experience.
- Must be able to read, write and understand fundamental English.
