Responsibilities :
- Perform various maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman services.
- Assess and diagnose issues accurately to provide effective solutions.
- Install, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and perform necessary repairs.
- Respond to client service requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Proficiency in various trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in handyman services.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle manual labor and lift heavy objects, if required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
