Responsibilities
To help us meet our mission LOTTE BIOLOGICS is in need of a Procurement Specialist (Indirect) to drive purchasing activities, forecasting and management of purchase orders(including delivery dates and confirmations), while under management supervision.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Work with stakeholders to place requisitions for indirect purchases
- Confirm and adjust lead times as needed
- Manage and maintain new vendor set up
- Manage invoice reconciliations
- Negotiate price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance objectives in quality, cost and service as measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensures commercial term alignment; pricing, quantity and compliance information and communicates with suppliers and site personnel as needed
- Update Business System as needed
- Participate in multi-disciplined cross-functional project teams and meetings
- Develop effective relationships with key suppliers in a way that builds mutual respect, trust and drives performance
- Provide solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing
- Back up support for Direct Material Purchasing Specialist
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Min Compensation
USD $60,000.00 / Yr.
Max Compensation
USD $88,000.00 / Yr.

Qualifications
Education / Experience / Licenses / Certifications :
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience required
- 2+ years Procurement of experience or relevant experience
- Prior experience interacting with suppliers, purchase order maintenance, negotiating with suppliers and developing new vendor relationships
- Strong knowledge of fundamental concepts of material requirements, planning and procurement including inventory management, expediting and order placement
- SAP / Ariba experience a plus

- Strong analytical skills
