Hexcel is currently seeking a Payroll Accounting Specialist for our Salt Lake City, UT, USA location.
The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations :
- Owning the bi-weekly payroll process, in accordance with established payroll processing calendars, state and federal regulations
- Becoming the go-to and expert for questions regarding pay policies / procedures and assisting managers with information
- Coding invoices with appropriate detail, matching against purchase orders, and receiving records
- Establishing great cross-functional relationships
- Assisting with month end accruals and close analysis
- Processing high-volume Accounts Payable
Qualifications :
- Great energy, engaging and enjoys collaborating with team and other departments, with minimal supervision
- Experience working within payroll (100+ employees) and high-volume accounts payable strongly preferred
- Familiar with ADP Workforce (etime) preferred, Microsoft suite, and bookkeeping procedures
- High school education or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
