• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Required - Medical / Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed

No more than 5 days RTO

• Must work 1 major holiday
• Holiday rate for contracts helping through Holidays into January*

No Christmas RTO at this time

Required :

NY license2 years of experience in specialty at leastBLSEPIC experience

RTO : Only one holiday. 7 days or less total

Locals accepted at a Local BR : Ask AM for the rate.

Med / Surg is 1 : 5-6 days. 1 : 6-7 nights
