Entry Level Sales / Marketing Associate
Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Entry-Level Sales / Marketing Associate to join our energetic team at an industry-leading Events Management & Production Company.
As an integral part of our sales and marketing division, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our event services, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and contributing to the company's overall growth and success.

Responsibilities :
- Sales Prospecting : Conduct research to identify potential clients and industries, generating leads through various channels, such as social media, online platforms, and networking events.
- Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their event needs and providing tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Collateral : Assist in creating online content and social media posts to promote our company's services and engage with the target audience effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including event production, logistics, and creative teams, to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceed client expectations.
- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities, providing valuable input for enhancing our services and staying competitive in the market.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Enthusiasm for sales, marketing, and event management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address client needs and offer innovative event solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
