Allergy/Immunology Physician Assistant
Position : Physician Assistant - Orthopedic Surgical Team Location : Schenectady, NY Opportunity Details : - Full-time position with varying shifts totaling 80 hours per pay period.
- Potential for transition to in-house and on-call shifts.- Shift differentials for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Weekend and holiday coverage shared with a group of four other full-time Ortho PAs.- Potential for cross-coverage across St.
Peter's Health Partners after training.- Responsibilities include pre / post-op patient orders, floor rounding, inpatient hospital management, evaluating fractures / dislocations, interpreting imaging, performing H+P exams, ordering / interpreting labs / tests, evaluating inpatient Ortho consults, and assisting in the OR.
Requirements : - NYS licensure and DEA required.- Graduation from an AMA approved program, Board Certification.- One to two years of experience required in Surgery.
