About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Benefits to lead our benefits programs. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive benefits strategy that supports our workforce and aligns with the company’s overall goals.

You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and enhance employee experience.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $193,860 and up to $274,700. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.

The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a forward-thinking benefits strategy that aligns with business objectives and promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Program Management : Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
  • Vendor Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with benefits providers and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and optimal plan performance.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to keep our benefits offerings competitive and aligned with industry trends.
  • Compliance Oversight : Ensure all benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations; stay informed about changes in laws affecting employee benefits.
  • Employee Communication : Develop clear and engaging communication materials to inform employees about their benefits options, helping them understand the value of their total rewards.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the benefits team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

  • Proven track record of strategic planning and implementation of benefits programs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees and stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
