Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead Bet-David Consulting. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Director plays a critical role in the organization by increasing the value of the consulting practice and growing Bet-David Consulting into a top-5 market leader.

The successful candidate will increase the value of the consulting practice every day by driving growth, expanding our product lines, and delivering unparalleled value to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and enhance brand awareness
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and increase the profitability of Bet-David Consulting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and ensure alignment with market demands
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the consulting practice to ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet our business and financial objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and maximize business performance
  • Establish and ensure achievement of annual sales goals
  • Drive sales plans by mentoring and leading Sales Associates, Business Consultants, and other client-facing staff on prospective clients
  • Present on client calls to promote the value of Bet-David Consulting
  • Lead and deliver client presentations coordinating with other subject-matter experts as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and stakeholders to drive business value and foster long-term partnerships
  • Educate Expert Advisors, Business Consultants, Sales Associates and other client-facing teams on the resources available to them and their clients
  • Represent Bet-David Consulting at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and reputation
  • Develop and foster relationships with internal and client-facing teams to become a trusted resource
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation and results

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or general management roles, preferably in the Consulting or Professional Services industries
  • Proven record of success in driving business growth, expanding product lines, and increasing overall business value
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service while driving business success
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Deadline oriented and works well under pressure

Compensation : Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
