Summary :
The logistics clerk performs administrative, clerical, and support functions in a fast paced, high volume (40-50 trucks per day) shipping office.
The logistics clerk is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate and efficient shipping and receiving of both finished goods and raw materials.

Responsibilities
- Prepare necessary domestic and export shipping documents
- Confirms orders in appropriate computer program
- Completes driver check in / out procedures
- Coordinates flow of finished goods by interfacing with planners, Reckitt LCs, and carriers.
- Schedule inbound component deliveries
- Coordinates drop lot operations; interface with third party spotting service
- Analyze and correct shipping and receiving discrepancies in appropriate business system
- Adhere to quality standards. Logistics SOPs, and relevant work instructions
- Performs other duties as instructed by TRM
Skills & Abilities
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in shipping / receiving
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Extreme attention to detail focusing on accuracy
- Ability to function in a faced paced factory environment
- Works well in a team environment focused on deliverables
- Good interpersonal skills
