Maintenance Technician
Seeking a full time Maintenance Technician to join Kane Realty Corporation, a Raleigh based company with significant growth potential.
Technician will be part of a team responsible for the overall maintenance and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations.
Essential duties include but are not limited to :
- Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, patching, and general maintenance
- Repairing and treating structures such as doors / cabinets, walls and building exteriors
- Must be available to work some weekends
- Perform preventative maintenance activities
- Coordinate special projects as directed maintenance supervisor
Job Requirements
Maintenance Technician
Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Must be able to have a strong attention to detail and handle multi-tasking throughout the day.
Education / Qualification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous maintenance experience
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen
