The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in the company's financial planning and analysis function. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.

The ideal candidate will be adept at handling the complexities of multi-entity budgeting and forecasting, with strong analytical skills to support business decisions.

Responsibilities : 1. Forecasting :

1. Forecasting :

oDevelop and maintain financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

oAnalyze historical financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

2. Budgeting :

oLead the annual budgeting process for multiple entities within the organization.

oWork closely with department heads to ensure accurate and comprehensive budget submissions.

oMonitor and report on budget variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.

3. Financial Modeling :

oDevelop, update, and maintain complex financial models to support business initiatives.

oConduct scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions.

4. Multi-Entity Budgeting :

oManage and coordinate the budgeting process across various business units and entities.

oEnsure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting for all entities.

5. Short and Long-Range Financial Planning :

oSupport the development of short-term and long-term financial plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

oPrepare financial presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

6. Reporting and Analysis :

oPrepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

oConduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.

7. Collaboration :

oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and drive business performance.

oServe as a key financial advisor to senior management and department heads.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
