A locally owned construction company based in Honolulu and Lihue is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team.
With over 30 years of experience they focus on commercial and residential projects from Multi-family, Hospitality to Residential and LEED.
They have worked on several ground up projects across the islands including Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island. They have established themselves as a statewide general contractor with many projects to come.

Job Details
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Experience with ground up and tenant improvement projects
- Experience with residential and industrial projects is a bonus!
- Experience working on projects from bidding to completion
- Experience with construction software applications
